Cold Brew Blend 1kg - Equilibrium Intertrade Corporation

Brewing guide

  1. Use 1 kg of Curve Cold Brew Blend and mix with 4 to 5 liters of water. Ratio of 1: 4 or 5.
  2. Steep anywhere from 12 to 18 hrs. Experiment until you reach your desired coffee profile based on various length of steeping time.
  3. Drain cold brew coffee. Be sure to sift and filter using appropriate filter material.
  4. Store in cold environment, preferably 2-5°C. Good up to 2 weeks.
